BLOOOOM BY ZALTT REVIT PLUGIN AND FREE CLOUD SERVICE TERMS OF USE Version 1.4-revit Effective date: 11 October 2026 1. WHO THIS AGREEMENT IS WITH This agreement is between you and Zaltt Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 17240841, at 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. We call the company "Zaltt", "we" or "us". It covers the Bloooom plugin for Autodesk Revit and the Free cloud rendering service. You need a compatible, appropriately licensed Revit installation and an internet connection. This service runs on cloud infrastructure operated for Zaltt. It is separate from a Local AI Enterprise installation covered by a written agreement. The service is for people aged 18 or over. Read and accept these terms before using it. Signing in to Google does not itself accept these terms or give you permission to send someone else's project material to us. 2. WHAT BLOOOOM DOES You choose a view in Revit, type a description and select settings. The plugin sends the exported view image, typed text and settings to the service, which returns a generated image. You can request an enlargement of an image. Bloooom is for deciding, not delivering. Generated images can invent features and change details. They are not measured drawings, surveys, construction documents or final deliverables. Do not rely on them as evidence of dimensions, compliance, materials, safety or an existing condition. A qualified professional must review any proposed real-world use. 3. YOUR LICENCE AND OUTPUTS We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install the plugin on computers you own or are authorised to use, and to use the service for your own architectural, interior, landscape, urban-design and related built-environment work, subject to these terms. You may use your outputs commercially within that scope, subject to the rights of others and the output markings in section 8. We do not claim ownership of your Revit model, input or outputs. To the extent we acquire rights in an output that we can transfer, we assign those rights to you. We do not guarantee that an AI-generated image has copyright protection or cannot resemble someone else's work. Do not sell or share access to the service, distribute or host the plugin for others, or operate a rendering service for others without a separate written agreement with us. Do not reverse engineer the plugin except where the law or an applicable component licence permits it. Component licences continue to apply. 4. YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT AND DEVICES The public trial uses Google sign-in through Auth0. Use the same Google account on the website and in Revit. We receive your verified email address and the identity information needed to connect it to your Bloooom account. You do not give your Google password to Zaltt. Temporary or disposable email addresses are not eligible for the Free plan. Keep your Google account and Windows profile secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access. Each person needs their own account. An account can be signed in on two devices at once. For sign-in, a device means one Windows user profile on one computer. Two Windows users on one computer count as two devices. Signing in on a third device signs out the device used longest ago. Compatible Bloooom plugins share one account and sign-in state within the same Windows user profile. Signing out through one signs out those other plugins in that profile. It does not sign out another Windows user. Signing out of Bloooom does not promise to sign you out of Google or other browser applications. Access codes are for Zaltt's internal use. They are not part of public sign-up or the Free-plan journey. 5. THE FREE PLAN The Free plan includes 20 renders and five enlargements per month. No payment card is required. There is no daily cap. You can use the monthly allowance when you choose, with one request in progress at a time. Free requests have the lowest queue priority. A place in the queue is not a promise of a completion time. Your account's monthly period starts at its first Free sign-in and renews on that monthly anniversary. If a month does not have that date, its last day is used. Unused allowance does not roll over. The physical computer also has one shared monthly Free allowance of 20 renders and five enlargements. Accounts used on that computer share it, including accounts in different Windows profiles. When Revit supplies an Autodesk account identifier, that identifier also has a shared allowance. A request must fit within your account allowance and every applicable shared allowance. The smallest remaining allowance applies. Each shared allowance starts on the first Free sign-in associated with that computer or Autodesk identifier. A later account does not reset it. Your account and shared allowances can have different renewal dates. The plugin shows the remaining allowance and relevant reset date. Cloned computers can share an identifier and therefore share an allowance. Contact us if an allowance appears to have been applied incorrectly. A failed or refused request does not use a completed render or enlargement credit. An allowance may be reserved while a request is in progress and released if it fails. A completed output later expiring from the service does not restore the credit used to produce it. Save outputs you want to keep on your computer. When an allowance runs out, you can wait for its reset. Paid plans and checkout are not available during this launch trial. A price displayed on the website does not start a subscription or take a payment. The Free plan does not convert automatically into a paid plan. 6. PERMITTED USE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Use Bloooom for architecture and the built environment. Incidental people, vehicles, furniture and planting can form part of an architectural scene. Use your own non-confidential test material for this trial. Do not submit client work covered by an NDA or other confidentiality agreement. Only submit material you are entitled to process through this cloud service. Do not submit material that requires deletion by a fixed deadline. Remove unnecessary personal information from images and prompts. Do not type personal details or client confidential information into the description. Do not use the service for unlawful content, sexual or exploitative depictions of people, hate or harassment, gratuitous violence, instructions for serious harm, impersonation, infringement of another person's rights or disclosure of sensitive-site information. Do not depict an identifiable living person without the necessary permission. Do not present a generated image as a factual photograph of a real place or event. Do not evade allowances through extra accounts, tamper with identifiers, bypass screening or other controls, or automate requests to overload the service. Automated screening can make mistakes. A refusal does not establish wrongdoing, and an image being returned does not make a prohibited use acceptable. Contact us about a refusal you believe is mistaken. 7. YOUR INPUT, CLEANUP AND SERVICE RECORDS 7.1 Your work leaves your computer. The exported view image or enlargement input, typed text and settings are sent over an encrypted connection to Microsoft Azure infrastructure operated for Zaltt in the European Union. This render workflow does not upload your complete Revit project file. The privacy notice explains the providers used for sign-in and other parts of the service. 7.2 "Job content" means the submitted view or image, the generated render or enlargement, and the job's copies of the typed text and settings. "Service records" are the separate operational records described in clause 7.6. Calling a record separate does not make it anonymous or exempt it from data-protection law. 7.3 You give us the permission needed to receive and process your job content, return your output and deal with support you request. Images and outputs are used only for those purposes and applicable legal duties, not for product improvement or model training. Only Zaltt may use recorded typed text, settings and usage information for the improvement purposes in clause 7.7, including training and fine-tuning models for Bloooom. We ask separately before using an output in our own marketing. Refusing does not affect your Free allowance. 7.4 Automatic expiry and cleanup controls are in place for temporary job content. They are intended to remove that content after processing. Our checks have not established complete removal of every copy within a fixed time, including after errors or from older backups. Images, typed text and settings may remain after a job ends. This trial does not promise deletion within two hours. Use your own non-confidential test material for this trial. These limits do not remove our duties under applicable law. 7.5 We do not keep your submitted images or outputs for product improvement, and we never train or fine-tune models on them. We do not sell your images, outputs, recorded typed text, settings or usage information, or use them for advertising. Hosting providers process information to operate the service as described in the privacy notice. No other customer's model or shared model may learn from your images or outputs. The permission for Zaltt to train or fine-tune models on typed text, settings and usage information is set out in clause 7.7; it does not permit another business or customer to train on those records. 7.6 We keep service records to run accounts and allowances, answer support questions, protect the service and understand timings and failures. They can include account and device references, the job reference, when it ran, its kind, duration, result, allowance charge, software version and accepted terms. Separate image-marking and provenance records can include pixel fingerprints, dimensions and links between a render and an enlargement. Account-linked records are personal data. These records are different from the images themselves. 7.7 The launch software's cleanup controls remove typed text, style choices and job output dimensions from ordinary usage records. Complete removal within a fixed time has not been established. A later update may retain typed text, settings and usage information, including style choices and output size, and record in-product behaviour such as actions taken in the panel. These records go to Zaltt's own gateway. They do not include images or outputs for improvement use. Only Zaltt may use this non-image information to analyse how Bloooom is used, improve the product, and train or fine-tune models for Bloooom. These terms give that permission; they do not mean the later collection or training has already started. Website analytics, heatmaps and session recordings have a separate cookie choice, explained in the privacy notice. You can opt out of this optional improvement use, including model training and fine-tuning, by emailing hello@zaltt.com. A switch in Settings will follow in an update after launch and will cover optional behaviour events and these improvement uses. Opting out does not stop the processing needed to provide your requests, run your account and allowance, answer a support request or protect the service. You can also request deletion as described in clause 7.8. Keeping and using this information must follow the privacy notice and applicable data-protection law. These permissions do not change the obligations for earlier work in clause 7.9. 7.8 Signing out, uninstalling or an image expiring does not delete your account or every service record. You can contact hello@zaltt.com to request account closure or exercise a data-protection right. We will respond within the legal time limits and explain any lawful reason that prevents complete erasure. Do not send a password, sign-in token or unnecessary project material with a request. 7.9 These terms apply to work submitted under this agreement. They do not rewrite an earlier agreement, extend a retention period promised for earlier work, or waive a right arising from it. A software update or Google sign-in alone does not change those earlier obligations. 8. OUTPUT MARKINGS Free outputs carry the Bloooom symbol in the lower-right corner. Enlargements of a Free output retain the mark. Outputs also contain provenance information indicating that they were generated by AI. Do not remove or obscure these markings. They do not verify the image's accuracy or make it a final deliverable. 9. AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT The service depends on shared cloud capacity. It can be interrupted, and the first render after a quiet period can take longer. We do not guarantee a particular output, repeatable results, uninterrupted availability or a completion time. Your rights under applicable law still apply. We may need to restrict access to address a fault, protect the service or investigate misuse. We will explain material restrictions where reasonably possible. This does not give us permission to disregard an accepted privacy or deletion commitment. To report a problem, use Report a problem in the Bloooom panel or email hello@zaltt.com. Review what you send and leave out confidential project details unless you have permission to share them. 10. RESPONSIBILITY AND LEGAL RIGHTS You are responsible for reviewing an output before using it and for having the rights and permissions needed for your input and intended use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep your mandatory consumer rights. The fact that the Free plan has no price does not remove those rights. 11. ENDING USE AND CHANGES You can stop using the service and uninstall the plugin at any time. Contact us if you also want to close your account. Ending access does not remove the obligations that apply to information already received. We may suspend or end access for a serious breach, security reasons or withdrawal of the trial, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice where practicable. We will explain a material change to these terms before asking you to accept it. A new agreement does not rewrite the terms that governed earlier work. No later payment obligation arises without your agreement to it. 12. GENERAL AND CONTACT English law governs these terms. Nothing here removes a consumer's mandatory protections or any right to use a court that the law gives them where they live. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue so far as the law permits. These terms do not replace a separate written Enterprise agreement.
