Billing and refunds
These billing and refund rules cover paid plans for Bloooom by Zaltt. The Free plan involves no payment.
Paid checkout is not open yet. You can start with the Free plan or view the plans and prices.
Who sells and bills your plan
Paid plans are sold and billed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
Monthly renewal and cancellation
Your plan renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid month.
Refunds
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked.
After that, we do not offer partial refunds, except where the law requires.
